As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to provide maximum flexibility. The biggest problem is that  the  situation is extremely unpredictable and there is no niche to plan anything.

We have introduced the new booking condition:

HEALTH EMERGENCY

If, prior to the commencement of the charter period, the Owner or the Charterer decide not to deliver and\or take delivery of the vessel due to the outbreak and\or the persistence of a health emergency in the cruising area and/or in the Charterer’s country of origin, the parties hereby agree to suspend and reschedule the effects of the charter agreement until the health emergency shall be lifted or in any case for a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months (Suspension Period).

The amounts paid by Charterer under the present agreement prior to the suspension shall be withheld by the Stakeholder as partial or total payment of the price of the postponed charter agreement payable to the Owner as soon as this contract can be honoured within the Suspension Period. It is agreed that, once the health emergency shall cease the postponed charter shall be regulated by the same terms and conditions of the present agreement which gives the certain flexibility to the potential new clients.
